Leadership on the Rise! Program
We are now accepting applications for anyone looking to create or improve their leadership skills.
You will receive a certificate upon graduation~

The pilot program was conducted virtually in 2020 with more than 20 participants, thanks to funding from our PA DCED Neighborhood Partnership Program partners, Wells Fargo and the Reading & Northern Railroad.

The Leadership on the Rise course seminar will be launching on April 28th for 5 weeks.
A curriculum create to help you discover the tools to develop effective leadership.
The Leadership on the Rise program has been designed to help immigrants and other new members of the community understand how our local institutions operate, stimulate passion for community service, and nurture leaders who will help sustain the revitalization of Downtown Hazleton and our partner organizations. It also provides opportunities for representatives of our local Non-Profit and Community Organizations to meet the program participants and see how they can help transform our community.
The course seminar will be facilitated by our Main Street Manager Robert Collado.

Un plan de estudios creado para ayudarlo a descubrir las herramientas para desarrollar un liderazgo efectivo.
El programa Liderazgo en Ascenso ha sido diseñado para ayudar a los inmigrantes y otros nuevos miembros de la comunidad.
El curso seminario será facilitado por nuestro Coordinador de Main Street, Robert Collado.
Ahora estamos aceptando solicitudes para cualquier persona que busque crear o mejorar sus habilidades de liderazgo.
